Roles and Responsibilities A Safety Stewards duties can be diverse and situation-specific, but some common responsibilities include: Crowd Management: Safely manage crowd flow and offer directions or assistance as required. First Response: Serve as the first point of contact for emergencies, and are trained to respond to various situations before specialized help arrives. Security Checks: May include bag searches, pat-downs, and ID checks to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
