Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel at the construction site in Sargasan, Gandhinagar. Your key responsibilities will include: - Enforcing company safety policies and ensuring compliance with construction safety regulations. - Conducting daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and taking corrective actions promptly. - Preparing detailed reports outlining preventive measures and keeping safety records up to date. - Ensuring that all site personnel consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. - Collaborating with project teams to maintain safe site operations and prevent accidents. - Organizing and conducting emergency drills to assess staff preparedness and response coordination. - Keeping abreast of the latest safety laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Qualifications Required: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in Fire and Life Safety is required for this role. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with work hours scheduled from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, six days a week. In addition to competitive compensation, you will be entitled to benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off. Your work will be in person at the designated location.,
