Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and periodically update HIRA (Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment) for all operations.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend practical risk-control measures.
• Conduct safety trainings and awareness sessions for employees.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, and prepare detailed root cause analysis reports.
• Implement and monitor the Work Permit System to ensure safe execution of activities.
• Carry out routine safety inspections across all departments and share actionable findings.
• Coordinate and support emergency preparedness activities, including mock drills.
• Ensure compliance with EHS statutory requirements and maintain associated documentation.
• Assist during internal and external EHS audits and support closure of corrective actions.
• Communicate safety guidelines effectively and promote a strong safety culture across teams.
• Take care of all firefighting systems such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, and sprinklers.
• Work on the onsite emergency plan and ensure regular conduct of mock drills.

• ADIS certified
