Job description Role & responsibilities Safety Compliance: Ensure all construction activities follow safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Risk Assessment: Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Safety Training: Organize safety training programs for workers and staff to promote a culture of safety. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents, prepare reports, and suggest preventive measures. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response plans, including fire safety and first aid procedures. PPE Compliance: Ensure workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of safety inspections, audits, and compliance reports. Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to enforce safety standards. Note - Must have 4 years + experience in Railway and 8 years + as safety officer
