Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system, including policies, procedures, and training programs. Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures. Collaborate with facility management teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide guidance on fire safety protocols, emergency response planning, and evacuation procedures. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / similar course in Safety Management or Fire Engineering. 0-3 years of experience in Industrial Safety or Construction Safety or related field. Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop effective mitigation strategies. Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels within an organization. Willingness to work on pan India location. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
