Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop, maintain, and update safety procedures, policies, and protocols for the organization. Provide training on industrial safety best practices to employees at all levels of the organization. Investigate incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventative measures. Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure readiness. Desired Candidate Profile 5-9 years of experience in a similar role within an engineering or construction industry setting. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; NEBOSH certification preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of EHS (Environmental Health & Safety) principles, regulations, and standards; IOSH certification desirable.
