Safety Officer (Industrial Construction)

We are seeking a proactive and competent Safety Officer for leading international PMC to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at our automobile manufacturing construction site in Bidadi.

Job Title: Safety Officer

Location: Bidadi Industrial Area, Ramanagara (Near Bangalore)

Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil preferred) with Safety Certification and minimum 5 years of experience in safety management preferably industrial construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and programs as per statutory and company requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Organize and lead toolbox talks, safety trainings, and emergency drills for workmen and staff.
• Ensure the use of PPE and safe working practices across all construction and installation activities.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near-misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
