Role & responsibilities Job Title: HSE Engineer Business & Function: HSE Location: Solapur, Maharashtra Reporting To (Primary): AGM - HSE Grade & Designation: HSE Engineer. Role Overview: The HSE Engineer will oversee the implementation and compliance of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, alongside Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) requirements across all project sites in India. This role ensures adherence to national and international legislative HSE standards, focusing on enhancing safety, compliance, and performance across Radiance Renewables' sites. Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain HSE/ESG policies and procedures across projects. Conduct HSE audits and due diligence for acquisitions. Engage with stakeholders to align HSE objectives. Lead and facilitate site-level safety training, toolbox talks, and HSE compliance activities. Drive EHSMS and ESGMS implementation for full compliance. Manage documentation for HSE-related compliance, reports, and incident tracking. Identify and manage HSE risks and non-compliance incidents, ensuring corrective actions. Coordinate CSR activities with site incharges. Preferred candidate profile Key Requirements: Education: Degree or Diploma in HSE or Electrical Engineering (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications preferred). Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in HSE roles, specifically in Electrical Safety, Work at Height, and Solar Operations. Skills: Strong analytical, relationship management, and influencing skills. Knowledge of Indian HSE standards, EPC systems, and regulatory requirements (Factories Act, etc.). Certifications: NEBOSH IGC, IOSH, and other HSE-related certifications. Perks and benefits Room and Local Transport will be given.
