Role & responsibilities Environmental, Occupational, Health & Safety - Monitoring, corrective, preventive measures Implementation in a core manufacturing Industry. Foster a culture of safety through continuous engagement with employees promoting safety awareness through training, signage etc., Conduct regular safety workshops, training updates to keep employees informed of new safety standards, tools or best practices. Ensure full compliance with ISO , and other safety regulations and industry best practices. Perform regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards. Preferred candidate profile 5 to 8 years if experience with safety as a major subject. Advanced knowledge of safety regulations including ISO standards , and their application. Strong ability to perform risk assessments, conduct audits, and identify potential hazards in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees & management. Ability to motivate and educate employees on safety practices and protocols.
