Safety Officer - Construction

As a Construction Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe working environment on construction sites. Your responsibilities will include implementing and enforcing safety policies, conducting inspections, investigating incidents, and providing training to ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations. You will collaborate closely with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to prioritize safety at all times. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and enforce safety policies on construction sites - Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards - Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences - Provide safety training to personnel on site - Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure compliance with safety regulations Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Construction Safety Officer or similar role - Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Certification in occupational health and safety would be advantageous Please note that this job is a full-time position with benefits including food provision and Provident Fund.
