Job Title : Safety Manager / Safety Lead Location : PUNE / PAN INDIA Company : DISCOVERY DATA CENTER SOLUTION Job Type : Full-time Experience : Minimum 8 years Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety - ADIS ( IS MANDATORY ) Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Safety Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and industrial safety, with a proven track record of managing safety programs and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities : Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Provide safety training and education to employees. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety within the organization. Prepare and present safety reports to senior management. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a safety management role. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ready to Travel PAN India As per project Requirements Preferred Qualifications : Experience in Mechanical Field shall be an Advantage. Certification in ADIS Compulsory. IMMEDIATE JOINING REQUIRED.
