We are looking for a Safety Management System (SMS) Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing our Safety Management System in line with aviation regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and manage safety policies and procedures
✅ Identify and mitigate safety risks
✅ Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations
✅ Promote safety culture and conduct safety training
✅ Ensure regulatory compliance with DGCA/ICAO guidelines
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aviation safety
🔹 Strong knowledge of aviation safety regulations
🔹 Excellent communication and leadership skills
