Safety Manager

• Identify the Unsafe Conditions and Unsafe Acts during safety audits and visiting of work sites in the company and

follow up for corrective Action & preventive action (CAPA).

• Issue and monitor the work permit systems in the plant and construction site.
• Create the awareness on emergency preparedness among the employees.
• Facilitate and monitor the use of PPE in the shop floor.
• Conducting the toolbox meetings to the vendors and shop floor employees as per requirements
• Fire prevention & control system maintenance & servicing activity for monthly basis & ensure the equipment &

materials are safe for use.

• Monitor all the construction areas and project related activities, involve in the safe work practice.
• Participate in the CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) activity as and when assigned.
• Conducting the mock drills at the workplace and prepares the action plan for identified gaps and follow up the

closing of action plans.

• To improve EHS awareness and safety culture through education/training programs and providing leadership within

the area.

• Handle the daily 5S activity and OHC Monitoring.
• Ensuring and maintaining the first-aid boxes in place.
• Safety Induction training to employees & Contractor workers
