Roles and Responsibilities Conduct regular safety audits at site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Develop, maintain, and update safety policies, procedures, and protocols for the organization. Provide training on fire fighting techniques, first aid, PPE usage, and other relevant topics to employees. Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and industry standards by conducting regular inspections and monitoring. Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans in case of unexpected events. Desired Candidate Profile 8-10 years of experience in industrial safety or related field (chemical engineering background preferred). Strong knowledge of EHS principles, fire safety regulations, material safety data sheets (MSDS), and first aid practices.
