Responsibilities-:Experienced in ethical and social compliance Audits for SMETA, Disney, Omega, , STeP,BSCI, IKEA ,Walmart etc. 2) Conducting need based EHS training, Audits internally or externally, periodical Site inspection, either independently or collaboration with other external sources. 3) ISO 45001:2018 documentation and records. 4) Conducting periodical Mock Drill, Implementing Work Permit system Risk Analysis ,Accident investigations analyzing and maintain records of selected accidents take necessary corrective and preventive actions .Reporting to Management 5) Managing the safety committee to fulfill their statutory mandate. 6) Carry out plant safety audits, Tool Box Talk, inspection in order to observe the physical condition of work, Monitoring Safety practices and procedures ( SOP) followed by the workers. 7) Finding Process Hazard at work place and preparing corrective action plans how to reduce the Hazard. 8) Identifying Un -Safe Act and Un-Safe Conditions, Near miss at work place and take necessary corrective and preventive actions to minimize risks. 9) Conducting Monthly Safety review meeting with all plant HOD. 10) Advise the Purchase and Stores Dept. in ensuring high quality and availability of Personal Protective Equipment. 11) Carried out National Safety Week Program’s.
