Key Responsibilities:

1. Safety Management & Compliance:

o Ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.

o Implement, monitor, and continuously improve workplace safety management systems.

o Conduct site audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.

2. Risk Assessment & Preventive Action:

o Carry out risk assessments and recommend preventive and corrective measures to minimize potential hazards.

o Investigate incidents, near misses, or unsafe conditions and prepare detailed reports with corrective action plans.

o Promote proactive safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.

3. Training & Awareness:

o Conduct safety induction programs for new employees, contractors, and site personnel.

o Organize regular toolbox talks, safety drills, and awareness sessions to instill a safety-first culture.

o Ensure all workers are aware of emergency procedures, PPE usage, and site-specific safety rules.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

o Maintain all safety-related records including incident logs, inspection reports, and statutory documentation.

o Prepare and submit periodic safety performance reports to the Project Manager and senior management.

o Support in preparing documents for audits and compliance reviews.

5. Coordination & Communication:

o Coordinate with project, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure safe work practices at every stage.

o Liaise with local authorities and external safety auditors as required.

o Act as a safety advisor to site management and ensure all safety requirements are communicated effectively.

Experience & Qualification:

· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction site safety management.

· Any Degree with a recognized Safety Certification (e.g., NEBOSH / IOSH / Diploma in Industrial Safety).

· Strong understanding of safety regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.

· Excellent observation, reporting, and communication skills.

· Ability to handle emergency situations with confidence and efficiency.

· Experience in Real Estate / Residential / Commercial Projects preferred (not mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
