Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge : Minimum of one years experience in site safety. Ability to communicate excellently in both oral and written format. Strong listening skills to be able to get valuable information from employees. Good organizational and record-keeping abilities. Profound knowledge of company project work to design and implement effective safety solutions. Good team player, Self-confident, motivated, and independent individual. Job Description 1. Parallel reporting to Chubb#s Regional Safety Manager and work closely with him. 2. Daily site safety inspection to check planned workplace area and conduct safety talk on observations and precautions. He needs to report in advance to jobsite and complete this task. 3. He should provide special clearance to work in classified areas as High risk, post his inspection. 4. Prior to start of work, TBT on daily basis with all workmen and keeping record. 5. Adherence of Passport process and keeping record. 6. Prestart inspection of PPE#s for all workforce. 7. Prestart inspection of Tools used at jobsite. 8. Prestart inspection of Equipment#s (Ladder, Scaffold, MEWP etc.). 9. Inspect and examine all health and safety related complaints, workplace accidents, outbreaks of diseases, the spill of hazardous toxins. 10. Search for physical and chemical workplace hazards. 11. Create, evaluate, and implement health and safety programs and strategies. 12. Write daily safety and health reports or injury logs and ensure they are completed. 13. Create different frameworks that will reduce accidents and improve workplace safety. 14. Verify the adequacy and safety of all work proposed tools and equipment. 15. Train and run drills and exercise with workers on how to manage an emergency.
