Manage day-to-day operations across an assigned cluster of 5–6 stores.
Conduct daily visits (minimum 2 stores per day) to monitor, support, and enhance store operations.
Liaise with warehouse and procurement teams to address stock-related queries and ensure timely replenishment.
Build and sustain strong relationships with store partners, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure high standards of customer service by greeting customers, guiding them as needed, and maintaining fully stocked and organized racks.
Communicate promotional schemes, discounts, and offers to both customers and store partners.
Oversee and manage processes related to merchandise damage, returns, and expiry.
Provide operational support during new store launches, coordinating with store executives for smooth execution.
Train, mentor, and guide new store partners in retail store operations and best practices.
