SaaS Product Trainer

As a SaaS Product Trainer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging product training sessions to new customers, internal teams, and channel partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that users comprehend the value of our platform, navigate it confidently, and utilize it effectively to meet their business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct product training sessions for new customers, partners, and internal teams. - Create onboarding materials such as video tutorials, how-to guides, and user manuals. - Customize training programs to cater to the needs of different audiences (beginners, advanced users, internal teams). - Support product launches by educating users on new features and updates. - Gather feedback from sessions to enhance training delivery and materials. - Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to maintain content alignment. - Update the knowledge base or LMS with the latest training content. - Develop training materials like manuals, slide decks, and e-learning modules. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions using feedback and performance metrics. Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in SaaS product training, customer onboarding, or technical education. - Strong communication, public speaking, and instructional design skills in English and Tamil. - Proficient in software applications and technical training. - Ability to simplify complex features in a clear and engaging manner. - Familiarity with training tools like Loom, Canva, Notion, or LMS platforms. - Good understanding of SaaS products and customer workflows. - Skilled in designing and delivering engaging training sessions. - Proficiency in creating training materials and utilizing LMS. - Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
