Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SaaS Operations Engineer to join our team at JFrog. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software as a service operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for SaaS applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize operational requirements.
Develop and execute operational processes and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to application performance, security, and compliance.
Ensure seamless integration of new features and services into existing infrastructure.
Participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support of critical systems.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
Knowledge of agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
