We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients via telephone, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions or services. You will play a key role in customer retention, satisfaction, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about products/services. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system. Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to senior staff when required. Provide feedback to management on customer trends, complaints, and potential opportunities. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
