Job Description:1. Reception & Customer Service:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.Provide information about the company and its services.2. Administrative Support:Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.Maintain a neat and organized reception area.3. Coordination & Communication:Schedule meetings and appointments.Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.Assist HR and administration in employee on boarding processes.4. Record Keeping & Data Management:Maintain and update visitor logs and other relevant databases.Keep track of inquiries and follow up as necessary.Handle basic data entry and filing tasks.5.
