As part of its scale-up efforts, Rx100 is activating strategic engagements with public institutions to catalyse market access and validation for emerging technologies. To strengthen this mandate, Rx100 is onboarding select consultants with strong experience in public-sector engagement to identify and convert high-value opportunities within ministries, PSUs, and innovation-led government programs. What You’ll Do: Identify aligned central/state programs, missions, tenders, or thematic funds related to robotics, autonomous tech, and smart manufacturing. Enable access to relevant officials or departments through formal or consultative pathways. Support creation of proposals, MoUs, and other documentation required for engagement. Facilitate institutional dialogues, steering conversations toward formal collaboration. Drive high-value revenue-generating conversions such as sanctioned projects, program grants, or co-deployment opportunities. Who We’re Looking For: Professionals with a minimum of 10 years in government relations, public-sector consulting, or institutional strategy. Former officials, advisors, or consultants with direct access to decision-makers in ministries, PSUs, or innovation missions. Individuals or entities who can operate independently and facilitate strategic revenue-generating outcomes with minimal supervision. Engagement Model: Independent, non-exclusive consultant role. What You’ll Do Plan and execute structured startup programs for Robotics, AI, and Deep Tech startups. Lead end-to-end execution of Open Innovation Challenge (OIC) programs. Manage ecosystem partnerships (incubators, TBIs, CoEs, universities, and industry partners) Manage program timelines, deliverables, and execution trackers. Coordinate cross-functional efforts across internal teams, mentors, investors, and partners. Track startup and program performance and continuously optimize execution quality. Support documentation, reporting, and data handover for next-stage programs. What We’re Looking For 2 plus years of experience in: Startup programs, accelerators, incubators, or venture studios. Innovation challenges or ecosystem-driven programs. Strong program management and execution mindset. Comfortable working with founders, mentors, investors, and partners. Ability to manage multiple startups and stakeholders simultaneously. Highly reliable executor with a hands-on, ownership-driven approach.
