The ideal candidate should have basic editing experience, proficiency in After Effects, and a strong sense of timing and pacing. Being a team player with a keen eye for detail is essential. Experience with text animation, subtitles, color tweaks, or a passion for sports is a bonus. Nice-to-have skills include experience with multi-cam podcast footage editing, basic design skills in Photoshop or Canva, familiarity with DaVinci Resolve or color workflows, and an interest in on-set production environments.
