We are looking for a proactive and reliable Sales & Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new Gulhane store while also driving sales. This role combines retail store management with sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and motivated by results. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with walk-in customers Identify potential clients Achieve monthly sales targets (store sales + individual efforts) Maintain customer relationships and handle follow-ups Prepare basic sales reports and share insights on customer trends Oversee daily operations of the Gulhane retail store Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times Manage stock levels; conduct inventory checks and reordering Process billing, handle cash, and maintain accurate daily records Monitor product displays and ensure correct pricing/labeling Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly Open and close the store while following proper procedures Implement promotional activities and in-store campaigns Track store performance and suggest improvement strategies Requirements Proven experience in sales, retail, or store operations Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize duties efficiently Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory tools, or willingness to learn Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Good organizational and time-management skills Basic reporting and computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
