Role : Offshore RTR Lead Relevant Experience : 7 + years Mandatory Skills: RTR Lead, Balance sheet, Reconciliation, Team Management, SAP End User Education: MBA Notice Period: Immediate Joiners WFO (5 days) Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Accounting with at least 10 years of relevant working experience of which minimum 5 years in a managerial role External audit or work experience in Tech or IT service MNC/listed companies preferred Proficiency in Excel and good working knowledge of SAP Proactive and result oriented Creative thinker with strong communications and interpersonal skills A team player who is willing to learn and take on additional roles in a dynamic environment Able to work in a fast-pace environment and meet tight deadlines.
