RSA Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RSA Developer to join our offshore team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of 5+ years in developing, upgrading, and maintaining RSA Identity Governance and Lifecycle (IGL) solutions. This role requires a strong technical background in Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, and Unix, along with excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Development and Customization: Develop and customize workflows, forms, and rules within RSA IGL. Implement connectors and collectors, both out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom, to integrate various applications and systems. Upgrade and Maintenance: Upgrade RSA IGL from version 7.5 to the latest version, ensuring minimal disruption to existing services. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any bugs or issues in workflows and forms. Application Onboarding: Lead the application onboarding process, including hands-on configuration and integration. Engage with Third-Party Organizations (TPO) to facilitate smooth application onboarding. Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, and Unix to support development and troubleshooting activities. Ensure best practices and standards are followed in all development and maintenance tasks. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in developing and customizing RSA IGL workflows, forms, and rules. Hands-on experience with upgrading RSA IGL from version 7.5 to the latest version. Strong problem-solving skills to fix bugs and issues in workflows and forms. Expertise in implementing connectors and collectors, both OOB and custom. Extensive experience with application onboarding and TPO engagement. Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Oracle DB, and Unix. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: RSA Certified Identity Governance and Lifecycle Professional. Experience in a similar offshore development role. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
