Role Responsibilities Work with a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experts to deliver best of breed solutions for clients Run discovery and co-design workshops to: gather requirements establish understanding of current state define problems to be solved Work with the team to develop solutions to address problems Document co-design and high level solution in To-Be Solution Design Presentation of solution to gain stakeholder approval Quality assurance of solution delivered by technical team Document details of the final solution in As-Built Solution Design Your skills To be able to perform this role successfully, you will need a firm grasp of principles for: customer management business analysis customer / user experience multi-channel digital marketing integration patterns and tools database management basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, AMP Script Desirable Certifications Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Marketing Cloud Consultant Marketing Cloud Administrator Salesforce Administrator Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
