Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, as well as scheduling interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, with a strong focus on interview scheduling and coordination. Key Responsibilities: End to End Recruitment Team handling & Client handling Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.). Screen and evaluate candidate resumes and applications to identify potential fits for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate information. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience in sourcing and talent acquisition. Proven experience in scheduling and coordinating interviews. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray search, etc.).
