You will be developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding the client base, and building lasting partnerships in the staffing/recruitment/RPO industry. Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with key decision-makers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, and closing RPO contracts. Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure delivery capabilities align with client expectations is essential. You will also need to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform the sales strategy and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the RPO/staffing/recruitment industry. A strong understanding of RPO solutions, talent acquisition, and workforce management is crucial. Your proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills will be key to your success. Being self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently is essential. Experience with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce is advantageous. Additionally, representing the company at networking events, industry conferences, and online webinars will be part of your responsibilities.,
