About Client: Hiring for One of Our Multinational Corporations! Job Title: RPA UIpath Developer Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune Job Type: [Full-Time ] Experience : 7 to 12 years Roles and responsibilities: RPA Solution Design & Development: Design, develop, and deploy RPA automation workflows using UiPath Studio. Develop reusable components, libraries, and assets to optimize automation efforts. Create scalable and modular RPA solutions aligned with business requirements and objectives. Automation Process Assessment & Optimization: Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities and provide cost-effective solutions. Work with business stakeholders to translate process requirements into technical designs. Optimize and fine-tune automation processes for efficiency and maximum performance. End-to-End RPA Implementation: Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of automation projects, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and support. Deploy RPA bots into production environments, ensuring that they work seamlessly across different systems and applications. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Continuously monitor RPA bots in production to ensure they perform effectively. Identify and troubleshoot any issues related to RPA bots, workflows, and orchestrators. Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure bots are running as intended. Governance & Best Practices: Follow RPA best practices for coding, testing, and deployment, ensuring that automation solutions are efficient, reliable, and reusable. Contribute to the development of RPA standards, guidelines, and frameworks for the team. Ensure compliance with security and governance policies when developing and deploying RPA solutions. Collaboration & Team Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and IT staff, to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior RPA developers, sharing knowledge of UiPath best practices and troubleshooting techniques. Reporting & Documentation: Document automation processes, including workflows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
