Role & responsibilities : Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, manage expectations, and communicate project progress. Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of RPA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and proficiency in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Studio, Orchestrator, etc including solution design, development, and implementation. Strong understanding of RPA design patterns, best practices, and development methodologies. Experience with integrating RPA solutions with other enterprise systems. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all RPA solutions are tested thoroughly and meet quality standards before deployment. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in RPA development and project management. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of RPA technologies and methodologies. Preferred candidate profile : Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates working in banking vertical will be preferred.
