Job Description

Provide guidance on process design and optimization. Design, develop, and thoroughly test the automation workflows. Deploy RPA components, including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools. Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. Lead and manage a team involved in RPA development and deployment. Create comprehensive process and end-user documentation. Ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful projects. Engage directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Work closely with development team members to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions. Provide support during deployments and troubleshoot production issues, occasionally outside regular work hours, participating in an on-call rotation as needed. Stay updated on emerging technologies and evolving business processes to maintain expertise. Requirements Hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as Automation Anywhere and UiPath. Automation Anywhere experience is highly preferred. 3+ years of experience in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, or .NET . Basic programming knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or any scripting language . Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects. Experience in developing and consuming APIs . AA RPA Developer certification is preferred but not required (training can be provided). Experience with Agile development methodology . Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL) is preferred. Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is a plus but not mandatory. Strong understanding of workflow-based logic . Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills . Strong time management and project management abilities. Ability to present technical details in a clear manner to non-technical audiences. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to navigate and work effectively in ambiguous situations . Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills . Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize critical tasks and projects.
