RPA & Integration Developer

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flow & Desktop) and UiPath. Develop and maintain RPA solutions to automate business processes and increase operational efficiency. Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support for deployed automations. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with other technologies and systems. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization. Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA tools, trends, and best practices. Ensure all automation solutions are developed in compliance with organizational standards and governance. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including IT, business analysts, process owners, data management teams, and clients, to support successful project delivery. Support the maintenance of comprehensive documentation of automation solutions, including design specifications, test cases, and operational procedures. Assist in generating reports and dashboards to track automation performance and ROI. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven 3- 4 Year experience in developing RPA solutions with Power Automate (Cloud Flow and Desktop) and UiPath. Experience in automating both back-office and front-office business processes. Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices. Knowledge of scripting languages such as C#, JavaScript, Python , or VB.NET . Experience with REST APIs and system integrations in an automation context. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex workflows. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with other RPA frameworks (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus. RPA Developer Certification (UiPath or Power Automate) and Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
