Job Descriptions : Design, develop, and operate business process automation using Power Automate Collaborate with internal departments to analyze business process challenges and propose optimal automation solutions Measure the effectiveness of RPA implementation and drive improvements Conduct in-house training and provide support for RPA implementation Maintain and troubleshoot systems related to RPA operations [Qualifications] Must-have: Practical experience in RPA development using Power Automate Experience in visualizing and improving business processes Basic knowledge of IT systems and databases Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders Nice-to-have: Experience using other RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere Experience developing with Power Apps or Power BI Experience in business process optimization and DX (Digital Transformation) projects Programming skills in VBA, SQL, Python, or similar languages [Ideal Candidate Profile] Proactive in identifying business challenges and capable of proposing and implementing solutions Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders Interested in new technologies and willing to continuously learn Data-driven and capable of logical thinking
