Role & responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of automated processes, managing and maintaining RPA bots, identifying improvement opportunities, and reporting issues to ensure optimal efficiency and performance. Oversee the daily operations of RPA bots, ensuring smooth functionality and performance. Monitor automated processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Promptly report and address issues or malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process requirements and refine automation solutions accordingly. Identify and prioritize automation opportunities, assessing their feasibility and potential impact. Preferred candidate profile Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Previous experience in process automation and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus. Ability to identify, prioritize, and implement automation opportunities with measurable benefits. Familiarity with SQL, databases, and Excel. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Education: Higher Diploma (2nd Year) or bachelors degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
