Role: RPA Developer

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Location: Chennai / Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to support the migration of existing automation workflows from Blue Prism to Power Automate Desktop/Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for analysing existing processes, redesigning automation flows, and implementing optimized solutions in Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and assess current Blue Prism processes for migration feasibility.
Redesign and rebuild automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop/Cloud.
Ensure smooth integration with connected systems and services.
Conduct testing, debugging, and deployment of migrated bots.
Document workflows and provide user training or knowledge transfer.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate Desktop/Cloud.
Experience in Blue Prism development and migration projects.
Knowledge of RPA best practices, exception handling, and process optimisation.
Basic understanding of APIs, data connectors, and Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
