Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Anywhere Developer to design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions that streamline business processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, build efficient bots, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. This role requires technical expertise in AA/AA360, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development : Architect, code, and configure automation workflows using Automation Anywhere. Develop scalable bots for tasks like data entry, report generation, and system integration. Process Analysis: Partner with stakeholders to assess processes for automation feasibility. Document requirements and propose technical solutions. Bot Configuration: Utilize Automation Anywhere features (Recorders, Bot Runners) to build workflows. Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and third-party tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce). Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing to ensure accuracy. Deploy bots to production, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues. Support & Maintenance: Provide post-deployment support, optimize bot performance, and update scripts as needed. Documentation: Create technical documentation, user guides, and process diagrams. Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and data governance standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 4+ years in RPA development with hands-on Automation Anywhere experience. AA360 Advanced Developer Certification preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in scripting (Python, JavaScript, VBScript), SQL, and API integration. Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices. Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to other RPA tools (Power Automate, UiPath). Knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, or cognitive automation. Experience in finance or healthcare sectors.
