Job Description

Responsible for preparation and allocation of resources for route operations to ensure smooth service delivery and fulfillment of SLA Ensure preparation of daily route sheet and route prioritization for operations Prepare, allocate and replace resources for withdrawal and dispatch route Check loading performance by coordinating with the Reports team Share the customer report with the bank at the end of day Manage escalations related to ATM and CIT and coordinate with FLM coordinators for closure of the issues Check and validate the daily route plan at the end of day Perform the debriefing of the route with ATM/CIT operators Monitor CBR submission Monitor skip loading report Prepare monthly Operations MIS for the routes Assist Branch Manager in preparation of feasibility report for new operations Coordinate with bank / MSP officials for external audits Coordinate with CVOs for internal audits Candidates who have experience in handling the ground level operations along with the Team Management minimum 30 can apply for this role
