Position Overview

ROS & Jetson Embedded Developer (Freelancer)

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy robotic applications using

  ROS/ROS2

  .
• Integrate

  sensors, cameras, and actuators

  with NVIDIA Jetson platforms.
• Build and optimize

  real-time object detection, navigation, and control modules

  .
• Implement

  computer vision pipelines

  using

  OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

  .
• Interface Jetson with microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
• Optimize performance for

  real-time inference and low-latency control

  .
• Collaborate with the R&D team for prototyping and testing.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in

  ROS / ROS2

  ,

  Python

  , and

  C++

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  NVIDIA Jetson Nano / Xavier / Orin

  platforms.
• Knowledge of

  Linux, Ubuntu, and embedded system debugging

  .
• Experience in

  AI model deployment

  on edge devices.
• Familiarity with

  SLAM, navigation, and computer vision modules

  .
• Understanding of

  hardware interfacing (GPIO, I2C, SPI, UART)

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in

  Robotics, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics

  .
• Prior experience in robotics or embedded AI projects.
• Portfolio or GitHub demonstrating past ROS/Jetson projects.
