About Us We are a growing textile startup focused on designing thoughtful and trend-forward collections for women and kids. Our mission is to combine timeless Indian craftsmanship with modern aesthetics to create garments that are stylish, comfortable, and sustainable. Key Responsibilities Design and develop seasonal collections for women’s and kidswear in line with the brand’s vision. Research fashion trends, colors, and silhouettes to create fresh and relevant designs. Develop design sketches, mood boards, fabric swatches, and technical specifications. Collaborate with sampling and production teams to ensure product quality and execution. Source fabrics, trims, and accessories aligned with design requirements. Oversee fittings, revisions, and final approvals before production. Work closely with the founders to interpret creative direction into marketable designs. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in women’s or kidswear. Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CAD design tools. Excellent eye for color, print, and silhouette balance. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a startup environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with sustainable fabrics or handcrafted textiles. Prior work experience with retail, D2C, or boutique labels. A strong portfolio demonstrating design range and creative versatility. Compensation Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and portfolio)
