Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Room Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate room service operations to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Maintain high standards of quality and presentation with all food and beverage items.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in room service or a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk and housekeeping procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
