[1:00 PM to 12:00 AM] Responsibilities Preparation & Cooking: Expertly prepare all menu items (momos, french fries, chicken nuggets, veg/non-veg rolls) to consistent quality standards. Beverage Prep: Craft mojitos and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes. Operations: Manage a workstation in a high-volume setting, ensuring speed, consistency, and efficiency. Quality & Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and local sanitation regulations. Inventory: Assist with stock monitoring, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste. Qualifications Proven experience as a Cook in a high-volume, casual dining, or quick-service environment is required. Expertise in preparing rolls/wraps is essential. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols. Familiarity with the Hyderabad food scene and local preferences.
