About the Role We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Inside Sales Associate to join our growing sales team. The role involves engaging with customers, selling computers and tech products, and supporting business growth through relationship-building and product knowledge. This is an on-site role based in Malad, Mumbai, ideal for someone located on the Western Line who is passionate about technology and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell computers, laptops, and related tech products. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying customers. Manage the customer onboarding process to ensure smooth delivery and satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and update customer interactions using CRM tools. Provide customer feedback and insights to enhance sales strategies and product offerings. Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication. Qualifications & Skills 0.6 to 3 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (internship or full-time). Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati. Prior experience in IT sales (laptops, desktops, or tech products) is an added advantage. Ability to build trusting relationships and communicate with empathy and professionalism.
