Robotics Trainer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Robotics Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in robotics, electronics, and programming and be eager to educate and inspire students in the field of robotics. This role involves developing and delivering engaging robotics curriculum, guiding students through hands-on projects, and helping them understand complex robotic systems. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development : Design and implement lesson plans, activities, and projects that cover various aspects of robotics, from basic mechanics to advanced programming and AI. Training and Teaching : Lead classroom sessions, workshops, and one-on-one tutorials, catering to different age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. Hands-On Guidance : Supervise students in building, programming, and testing robotic systems; ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment. Program Evaluation : Assess students progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training methods to improve learning outcomes. Maintenance and Setup : Manage robotics kits, electronic components, and software tools; ensure all materials are up to date and in working order. Continuous Learning : Stay informed on the latest trends in robotics, AI, and programming to integrate relevant technologies and techniques into training. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and experience with robotics kits like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or LEGO Mindstorms. Teaching or training experience, with the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand way. Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a passion for robotics and education. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or vision systems. Experience with 3D printing, CAD software, or virtual robotics environments. Prior experience working with children or young adults in educational settings.
