About the Role

Robotics Design Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing mechanical components and assemblies for robotics projects.
• Create 3D CAD models, technical drawings, and assemblies using

  SolidWorks

  .
• Support the development of new robotic mechanisms, joints, and structural elements.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on rapid prototyping and design iterations.
• Participate in design reviews and implement feedback for optimization.
• Maintain CAD file organization, revisions, and documentation.

Basic Requirements

• Basic knowledge of robotics concepts (kinematics, actuators, sensors, mechanisms).
• Strong proficiency in

  SolidWorks

  (part modeling, assemblies, drawings).
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, CNC, 3D printing) is a plus.
• Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
