Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotic Welding Supervisor located in Ahmednagar. The individual will oversee robotic welding operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising welding personnel, conducting welding inspections, implementing quality control measures, troubleshooting robotic welding equipment, and ensuring the production of high-quality welds in compliance with company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Proficiency in Welding and TIG Welding techniques
• Experience in Welding Inspection and ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Knowledge of Quality Control processes and methods
• Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and improving robotic welding processes
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
• Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience working in automotive or sheet metal / tube fabrication industries is an advantage
