Position: RPA Intern Location: Pune (Work from Office) Duration: 3-6 months Stipend: Unpaid (Pre-Placement offer based on performance: CTC ranging 3.1 LPA - 5 LPA ) Training and Internship Fee: Free of cost Role Overview: As an RPA Intern, you will gain expertise in automation tools and processes, working closely with our team to develop real-world automation solutions. This internship will help you build a strong foundation in RPA technologies and prepare you for a career in automation. Key Responsibilities : Assist in developing, testing, and deploying RPA bots. Work with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Analyze and optimize manual processes for automation. Support in creating workflow documentation and process maps. Collaborate with teams to integrate RPA solutions into business processes. Learn about Agentic AI and its applications in automation. Skills and Qualifications : Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields. Basic knowledge of programming (Python, Java, C#) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to document workflows and process improvements effectively. A proactive mindset with a keen interest in automation technologies.
