Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager (CRM) who can act as the bridge between clients and our production team. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating print jobs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining excellent relationships with key accounts. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and updates. Coordinate with the production team to ensure on-time print job deliveries . Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and handle queries with professionalism. Proactively follow up with clients and manage tele-calls when required. Update and manage client data using Excel / Google Sheets . Provide regular status reports to management and ensure smooth workflow across teams. What We’re Looking For Graduate with excellent spoken and written English. 4–5 years of experience , preferably in a client-facing role within the printing / marketing collaterals industry . Strong background in Excel / data handling and reporting . Candidates with prior experience at companies like Printo, Printshop, Printvenue, Printland, Vistaprint, or similar will be preferred. Highly organized, disciplined, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Ability to manage multiple accounts and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
