We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Python Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Python, ReactJS, and MongoDB, with a solid understanding of full-stack development principles. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and maintain scalable Python-based web applications. • Build and maintain interactive UIs using ReactJS. • Design, implement, and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. • Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality development environment. • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. • Maintain version control using Git. Required Skills: • 2- 3 years of experience in Python development (Django or Flask preferred). • Strong knowledge of ReactJS and frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Proficiency in working with MongoDB (Mongoose ORM a plus). • Experience with RESTful API development and integration. • Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git). • Good understanding of full-stack architecture and deployment. Nice to Have: • Experience with Docker, AWS, or other cloud services. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience with testing frameworks like PyTest or Jest. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
